Romania is a Southeastern European country. Its capital and largest city is Bucharest. Despite the fact that Bucharest is the country’s industrial and commercial heart, the city known as “Little Paris” due to its palaces and neoclassical buildings which were built in the 20th century. Romania as the twelfths largest country in Europe has a wide range of landscapes that are ranging from high Carpathian Mountains, the River Danube that goes across the country and emptying into Danube Delta and the Black Sea. These qualities provide a huge amount of possibilities for tourists for hiking, mountain climbing, cold weather sports and not to mention the sunbathing and participating in festivals at summer season as well. In addition, Romanian cuisine is very diverse, blending the characteristics of neighboring regions with purpose of restoring national traditions.
