A traditional Spanish dish: Paella Valenciana recipe

Laying on the Iberian Peninsula the country includes 17 autonomous regions with diverse geography and culture. Within the culture of siesta, the nights are dazzling, so don’t hesitate to visit this amazing country!

Instructions (steps of cooking):

1st step
In the pan, we put some olive oil on medium heat.

2nd step
Add the chopped onion, garlic, and sautee. Later on, we cut the bell peppers into small cubes and add them to the pan.

3rd step
After a while, we add the tomatoes and some tomato paste, then paella rice with paella seasoning.

4th step
Add different kinds of seafood and as many fish stocks as needed, cover with aluminum foil, and put in the oven at 180 Celsius for 30-35 minutes.

5th step
When it’s ready we serve it with lemon wedges.
